I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
Bring On The Music
Recently I was part of a group that put together a grab bag called Bring on the Music. It was a really fun project to work on and I’m excited that I got to work with so many super talented designers! The grab bag is being sold at SUN and SBG for just $5 until June 15th. After that it will go up and then will be retired at the end of June, so be sure and pick it up now!
