I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

It’s Friday, which means I have some new stuff in the shop! I wanted to show it off, but first I have to show you this layout I did with some of it!
