I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

For the Click Here graphic I used my Monsters kit. Oh, and the font in Hey Cupcake and Sugar & Spice is DJB AngelBaby (at the Sweet Shoppe)! It’s one of my favorites, too!
