I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

Sorry for my absence, guys. I’ve been so sick the last week or so.

And while I’m here posting, are there any Twilight fans around? Last week I met SassyPixie (who I absolutely adore, by the way!) for dinner and she brought me Twilight and New Moon. Now how come no one ever recommended these to me before??? lol Anyway, I’m seriously in debt to her now. I went home and read through both books in a day and a half and my DH went out and bought me Eclipse and Breaking Dawn the next day. I’ve read all four books twice now and am anxiously awaiting the movie in November. So, are there any other Twilight fans out there? Would you be interested in a Twilight freebie or two? Just gauging the interest before I get too into it. lol

Am I a twilight fan? You bet I am. I would love a twilight freebie. While reading all four books my life was literally on hold. I couldn’t do anything but obsess over finishing those books. Can’t wait for the movie to come out too!!
Ok… I read several blogs and everyone is raving about Twilight. What is it about – vampires? Is it kinda like Anne Rice (remember the vampire Lestat)? I might have to go get these… I haven’t read a good book in a while now.
Oooh Ellie, I just got started on the Twilight series too and now I’m obsessed!! Can’t wait for the movie too.. And if you do come out with a Twilight kit, that would be awesome!!

First off…Happy Bday to the sweetie pies! 2 – Yay!! Second…I just started reading the Twilight series like a little over a week ago and same thing happened to me, I was totally BITEN!!! I’ve read all 4 in a week and just starting to read them all over again!! I just broke down and bought a Twilight kit and will DEFINITELY be keeping an eye out for more! I am ridiculously and hopelessly OBSESSED with it! I didn’t think it could ever be possible to be so addicted to something, it’s like my “own herion” :-) I’ve even bribed my husband to start reading it so I can have someone to obsess about it with (not that he’ll do much good, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed)! Ok, I blabbered enough for now!
For those who don’t know…Twilight is a book about a girl falling in love with a vampire!! Nothing I could say would do it any justice, just trust me – READ the books! Awesome Stuff!!

You gotta read Midnight Sun. It is the first part of Twilight, but in Edward’s perspective. She posted it on her website, but it’s not completed because someone leaked the manuscript on the internet before she finished. But you can read the first part, it is sooooo good!

Ellie, I waited to reply to this post because until yesterday night I had never read Twilight. I got curious about the series because I stumbled upon so many blogs that talked about it as an obsession, so I went and bought the book, and when I finally got it back after my husband stole it and brought it on a business trip, I was naive enough to start reading it yesterday night in bed, thinking I would read a chapter or so before tiredness prevailed. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep tonight, because I couldn’t put it down!!!!!!! So, yes, I’m definitely a fan too.
And a freebie or two would totally rock!!!!
Now, I totally understand why you reread them several times, and I’m planning to do that too as soon as I finish them the 1st time!! LOL!
Oh I would LOVE to see some more Twilight freebies! I made a button pack freebies when “Breaking Dawn” was released, and a lot of people were like “what the heck is Twilight?” It shocks me that so many people still have not read this wonderful series .. glad you hopped on board!
Hi all, as of the day before ysterday I didnt know the the Twilight Series even existed! I am proud to say that my DH went out and bought all four books for me as a surprise!!!! And let me tellyou down her in Mexico he was really lucky to find them! I really need to do something nice for him and a homemade apple pie may just do the trick! I am thee Biggest Twilight fan! My kids and husband did not eat for 14 hours per book as I was so enthralled, there was no way I was putting it down! No dishes were done, no laundry, no-nothing.
