I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
I’ve Been Scrapping!
I just finished a new kit (out tomorrow!) and found myself with a little extra time on my hands! That never happens. lol So I scrapped a layout and I’m pretty pleased with it. I can’t take any real credit for it, though. I was lacking inspiration, so I went browsing through the gallery at SBG and scrap-lifted a layout by one of my Angels, Jen! Click HERE to see her beautiful original. And this is my lift. My son’s name is Adam, but we nicknamed him Amadan Dubh (if you read Karen Moning, you may recognize the name) and his baby-nickname is Ammy (sounds like Tommy without the T).

Your cute little Ammy couldn’t possibly be a likened to a little “Fairy Fool” lovely photo and layout. Did you know that DUBLIN (Dubh Linn) is Black Pool in English?? Go raith maith agat (thank you very much) for the gorgeous add-on to your terrific kit. Slainte!!!
