Hey everyone, are you all ready for Black Friday?! Are any of you braving the sales at the mall, Walmart, etc? I’m not, but I’m curious to know what kinds of deals the rest of you end up with!

I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
