I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

Oh… Look at all that great stuff. Love the stitched alpha – I was just drooling over it on the CT blog where it is used on the headers. Love the little mini kit too. But alas, DH was laid off and we are struggling as so many others and I won’t be able to buy it right now. I will just have to wait till it is in pieces… and wait for my $3 payment for the opinion panel I’m on. Ha. Great stuff though, as always!
