I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

Collab Grab Bag!
Megs, Monica, Ziska, Nicole, and I got together and created a grab bag! It’s full of lots of awesome stuff and will be available for the next two weeks.
