I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

I had so much fun making my Kitchen Angels kit that I couldn’t stop and decided to create a little add on to give away.
