I’m sorry to those of you who downloaded my freebie earlier.  (You probably noticed there’s something wrong with it.)  I’m having trouble getting it zipped up right.  I’ll be back to repost it later after I get the issue fixed.  Sorry about that!

I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
