I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

I am so excited to post about this today! Nicole Seitler of Sugarplum Paperie and I have have been working on a collaboration kit and we finally have it ready and in our shops!
