I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
New Stuff & a Freebie!
I know my posting has been sparodic lately, but I have so much in the works right now that I’m having a hard time keeping up! I just put a couple of new items in the store.
