I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
Love the grab bag! I was wondering if you could tell me what font it is that you used for the word art? It looks very familiar but I can’t place it.
