I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

Oh, good, then it’s not just my connection! I have tried to get today’s freebie 5 times and keep getting the no file found and error 404 message. It’s sort of sad-funny because I am out of town and was almost going to miss out on today’s freebie, but I decided to pay $6.95 for one day’s internet at this hotel. I thought the hotel internet was the problem but I’ve downloaded something else just fine. I’ll check in again tonight. Thanks!
