I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
Daily Download – Day 30 & 31
Obviously when I set this up it was late at night and I was tired. Otherwise I would have remembered that September has only 30 days and not 31. LOL That’s a good excuse, right??? :D So I’m putting the links for Days 30 and 31 up in the same post.

Well I guess it’s time to say officially, enjoy your retirement. Like I’ve said many times before, you will be so missed. Your work will be scrapped with for many years to come. That alone let’s all of us remember “Ellie Lash”!! LOL. I won’t say good-bye because I know you will visit with updates on your blog….right?
