Two Freebies
I found myself scrapping the other day (“I know, can you believe it?!” *done in my best Homestar Runner voice*) and I needed something that I couldn’t find, so I made it myself. Then I just kept going and ended up with a whole kit. So… if you want to buy the whole kit, you can get it HERE. It’s just $4. Here’s what it looks like:

I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
