I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
Two Freebies
I found myself scrapping the other day (“I know, can you believe it?!” *done in my best Homestar Runner voice*) and I needed something that I couldn’t find, so I made it myself.
