I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)

Thanks to all who responded to my last post about my newsletter. For some reason some of you got it and some of you didn’t. It was mostly the same stuff as my blog post about the sale and new kits, but there was a little freebie in it. I’ll go ahead and post it here for those who didn’t get it.
