You know how Darcy Baldwin over at Sweet Shoppe has a font service? Well, I finally had her do my font and I LOOOOOOOVE it! I know, I know, I used to own Sugar Frog Fonts and I already have SF Ellie, but the font that Darcy did for me looks more like my handwriting because she got the tracking and leading just right and it’s kind of scrunched up together exactly like my actual handwriting is! (What can I say? Darcy is an expert, I’m just a dabbler! lol) Not only that, but she added in my little elephant doodle and called it DJB ElliePhont. It turned out so cute! I’m so happy with it. lol

I have some good news for you font lovers. Sugar Frog Fonts is making a comeback! We needed a little break, but Sugar Frog Fonts is back with a new partner: NeeNee of NeeNee Designs! I’m really excited about working with NeeNee to bring you all new fonts. The site is getting a revamp and we’ll be adding some great new fonts. We’ll also be accepting new submissions soon, so keep an eye open for that!

Where Has the Time Gone?

Wow, I can’t believe that December is more than half over! Where have I been??? Actually, I’ve been sick, my boys have been sick, even my husband (who almost never gets sick!) was sick. So we’re finally all back on our feet just in time for Christmas and I’m in a panic because I have sooooo much to do. My parents will be here visiting for Christmas and I have a long list of things I need done before they get here tomorrow.

I haven’t had much time to do anything fun or crafty, but Ivy and I both managed to finish a few more fonts so there are a couple of new ones up at Sugar Frog Fonts now. We just signed up for a Twitter account and will tweet whenever we post any new fonts. I even made us our own little Twitter button! So go ahead and click it if you want to follow us. :) Or you can subscribe to our RSS feed if you want updates that way.
