Digital Stamps Giveaway
I’ve been struggling a lot lately with creativity and feeling like the kits I make lately are not what people are looking for. It’s been a rough couple of months, creatively, and I kind of need a break from it. I have a few collabs planned over the next few months, but aside from those, I’m taking a break from designing kits. I’ve been doing a lot of drawing, which I always love doing, and have decided to make some of my drawings available as digital stamps (basically doodles) that can be used for card making or that sort of thing. You can find the new section at my shop HERE. I’ve put them on sale through May 15th.
Or you can win one by leaving me a comment and telling me which you’d like. I’ll choose a winner for each stamp by May 13th.
Thanks! Have a great week!

Sick
I am really, really sick and one of my kids is still really sick, so I am out of commission for a while. If you sent me an email please allow a few days for my response, I am totally not up to going through my mail at the moment, but I promise to do so as soon as I’m feeling better.
Thanks!
Opinions, Please!
When I started making kits I often made elements in more than one color each. Then I started reading threads over at DST and other forums where scrappers said that they DID NOT like when designers did that, they could recolor themselves. So I started making just one of each element. But then I was talking to someone the other day who said that she LIKES when designers add more than one color of an element because she doesn’t like to bother with recoloring herself. So now I am stumped. lol I know that I can’t please everyone, but no matter what I do I’m going to end up either cutting options for some scrappers or annoying others because there are “useless” recolored items in each kit. What to do, what to do?
I think I’m going to start adding 2 colors of certain items, 3 if it’s something that is hard to recolor. Not everything, of course, but a few things in each kit. Maybe that way it won’t be too annoying to those who are fine with recoloring and will still give choices to those who don’t like to bother with it. What do you think?
I’m still going to ask your opinions just so I can see which way the wind blows. lol So if you care to vote, please do. I would love to know what you think! And feel free to leave me a comment if you have something more to add.
Do you like when there are recolored items in a kit?
- Yes, I like having all of the options right there. (56%, 90 Votes)
- It doesn't really matter to me. I like having the ease of recolored items, but am totally fine with recoloring myself. (38%, 61 Votes)
- No, I can recolor things myself. (6%, 11 Votes)

Grand Opening @ Ginger Scraps!
There are a lot of reasons to sell at a store. My number one reason for wanting to sell at Ginger Scraps is that they have one of the nicest, sweetest, most supportive teams I have ever come across, starting with Ginger herself and going all the way through the designers and CT. They are just a really nice bunch of ladies and I am SO pleased to be a part of the Ginger Scraps family! Come by and visit us in the forum – that’s where you’ll find me most days! And to celebrate I’m having a grand opening sale. 30% off everything in my shop (discount shown in cart).
