By downloading these files, you acknowledge receipt of a license to use the designs for PERSONAL USE and SCRAP-FOR-HIRE only, but not the rights to the designs themselves.
YOU MAY…
-You MAY alter the designs by recoloring, resizing, or by adding to or taking away from it.
-You MAY post or submit scrapbook pages or other projects online (credit is appreciated, but not required.) or for publication using these images. (Please give credit to Ellie Lash if you are published in a print or online publication.)
-My designs MAY be used to decorate your PERSONAL websites and blogs.
-You MAY use them to create personal blinkies and siggy tags. All of these graphics must be flattened and saved at 72dpi.
You MAY use my designs in your home based business AS LONG AS…
-The finished product is a FLATTENED JPG file or in PRINTED form.
-My original files are not redistributed in any way.
-I receive credit somewhere – on your website credits page or someplace similar. (If you do not wish to credit me, please contact me for a commercial license.)

-You may not create freebies form my designs.

-You MAY NOT create websites/blogs FOR SALE from my designs (creating a personal website for yourself is fine).
-You MAY NOT create TEMPLATES for websites or blogs FOR SALE OR FOR FREE from my designs.

I've started using My Plate at Live Strong to track my eating and I LOVE it. It makes it so easy to keep track of everything, especially since there's an app for it so I can use my iPod to record what I eat when I'm not at my computer. :)
