New Valentine’s Day CU
I can’t believe how quickly the holidays passed by this year! It was great, but I am glad to be settling back into everyday life and have been hard at work on several new packs. I think Valentine’s Day is a sweet, fun holiday and I’ve been having a wonderful time creating all kinds of cute things that could work for Valentine’s kits. I think my favorite is the dog pack, though! They were such fun to draw and they turned out pretty darn cute, if I do say so myself. lol They are all 20% off through Sunday, January 8th.

It feels like about a hundred years since I’ve posted anything new. We had a very busy Thanksgiving with lots of out of town family visiting and are only now getting back into the groove of everyday life. New CU & A Freebie!
I have some new things out this week. I decided I needed to get started on Halloween stuff in case any of you are planning ahead and getting Halloween kits done early (oh, you are are SO much more organized than I am, lol)! I’m working on more for Halloween, but I do have a couple of kid and baby packs ready now. They’re 20% off through Sunday (Aug 28th).
I’ve actually been working on this set for a couple of weeks now, which is why it’s only available as PSD/TIFs – I hadn’t had Illustrator at that point. Anyway, I like the fat, happy little bees. They make me smile!
I also have some new branches. I think the bamboo is my favorite, although the butterflies do add a little something to that branch that would otherwise be a little ordinary. Maybe I should have added butterflies to the bamboo? lol
I’ve been experimenting with scribbles for a PU alpha I was working on and came up with these, which might look nice in a doodley kit.
Oh, and there’s this calendar grid that Nathalie of KittenScraps suggested. It can be used to create a calendar for ANY year. It’s just the bottom part of the calendar, no tops since there are already so many great templates out there that I couldn’t begin to compete with!
And I’ve been working on some new styles. I’m always a little nervous about putting styles out since whether they look good or not when actually applied depends a lot on what you’re applying them to. Size matters when it comes to certain styles! Hopefully these will look good whether you use them on something big or small.
This one just applies the texture and a little bit of inner shadow to your pre-existing element. So if you apply it to a red circle, your circle will still be red no matter which style you use, it will just have a different texture to it. Click here for an example.

So last week I said that while I was busy learning my new software I probably wouldn’t have anything new out for a while, but I was wrong! lol With all of the hours I spent practicing, I ended up with quite a few new things.
