COMMERCIAL TERMS OF USE

These graphics have been created by That Girl Design / Ellie Lash. The items are designed for personal use and commercial use. I do not allow CU4CU. What you create from them is yours to sell or give away, but the original files remain the property of That Girl Design / Ellie Lash. For digital scrapbook design ONLY. For any other use, you must purchase an extended license. Please email me if you have any questions.

Commercial Use for Digital Scrapbooking:

Credit is appreciated, but not required.

You MAY:

• Create derivative digital scrapbook designs for sale in digital kits which are for personal use & are also S4O/S4H friendly.
• Create freebies from my designs, as long as they follow the guidelines below.
• Create a limited number (max. 200) of printed cards, invites, tangible crafts for your small business.  If your print count is over 200, you must purchase an extended license.

You may NOT:

• Resell my original files. They MUST be modified. They are a tool to be used for creation or items for digital kits, element packs, paper packs & alphas.
• Not to be used to make styles, overlays, textures, brushes, shapes, actions, doodles, templates etc…
• DO NOT use these to create products you sell for Commercial Use by other designers.
• YOU MAY NOT include any of my CU products in layered templates for CU OR PU.
• The total items used should not exceed 50% of That Girl products per kit you design.
• YOU MAY NOT Include them in layered templates, unless specifically stated in the product description.

Extended Commercial Use:

Credit is not required, but is always appreciated.

An extra fee is required to use my images, please see the individual item’s product description for details.

• You are allowed to use That Girl products to design DERIVATIVE embroidery, custom blog themes,  photography albums/cards/storyboards, etc. that you will sell to consumers themselves for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• You are allowed to use That Girl products in the above ways so long as the final result is delivered to your customer in flattened jpg/png form AND you have done something to change the design. My products MUST be modified; they cannot be sold as is.

What is NOT allowed with the Extended Commercial Use License:

• You are NOT allowed to re-distribute the original products in their original form. They MUST be modified in some way.
• You are NOT allowed to include plain png’s, .abr, tubes, stamps, etc. of my images – in their original format or altered.
• You are NOT allowed to turn the original or derivative designs over to any company for any reason.
• You are NOT allowed to re-distribute/share/sell any That Girl designs in any way on print on demand sites such as Snapfish, Cafe Press, Zazzle, Minted etc.
• You are NOT allowed to turn my designs in to .svg format or any file types of the same nature – in their original format or altered.
• Printed kits/elements for retail stores
• Logos
• Commercial website/blog designs
• Pre-made web/blog templates
• Digital/rubber stamps
• Print on demand
• T-shirts
• Fabric

LOGO/BRANDING:

You may obtain a logo/branding license to create a logo for yourself or a client. The licensing fee is $35 PER IMAGE.

Please email me with your design name, the image you intend to use and your PayPal address so I can send an invoice.

TEACHERS:

These terms are for Teachers and Educators ONLY.

CREDIT IS REQUIRED.

There is no extra fee AS LONG AS CREDIT IS GIVEN (read below for details). If you do not want to credit you MUST purchase extended licenses for each and every pack you use.

What is allowed with the Teachers & Educators License:

• WITH CREDIT – You MAY sell lessons, plans, work sheets and other teaching materials you create using my designs or fonts on Teachers Pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook, your blog & website – so long as the final results are delivered in secure PDF or flattened .jpg form and the customer is aware they are to only be used for their own classroom use as well as is aware not to redistribute them.
• The designs MUST be altered in some way or another – you cannot just sell them as is.

What is NOT allowed with the Teachers & Educators License:

• You are NOT allowed to produce any other products than teaching materials. (This means no logos, no blog designs/headers, no printed items etc. – see my other license options above for how to use my designs in those ways)
• You are NOT allowed to create any interactive whiteboard (IWB) lessons to sell or share.
• You are NOT allowed to re-distribute the original products in their original form.
• You are NOT allowed to include plain png’s, .abr, tubes, stamps, etc. of my images – in their original format or altered.
• You are NOT allowed to turn the original or derivative designs over to any company for any reason.
